Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the rules for application fees, program fees, cancellations, withdrawals, seat transfers, and refunds at BrondLab.
Please read this policy before making any payment. By submitting an application or making a payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Application Fee
The application fee is non-refundable.
Once the application fee has been paid, it will not be refunded. This applies whether you are selected, not selected, withdraw your application, or cannot take part in the program.
Before paying the application fee, please make sure you understand the application process and are interested and available to take part in the program.
2. Program Fee and Seat Confirmation
Selected participants may need to pay a seat confirmation amount to secure their place in the BrondLab program.
The seat confirmation amount is non-refundable.
Please confirm your availability, schedule, and ability to complete the program before making this payment.
Once the payment has been made, it cannot be refunded because of a change in plans, personal circumstances, or inability to attend.
Once the program has started, no refunds will be provided.
3. Withdrawal and Cancellation
If you withdraw after confirming your seat, the amount already paid will not be refunded.
No partial refund will be provided if you attend only part of the program or leave before the scheduled end date.
You will also not receive a future program credit instead of a refund.
4. Transfer of a Confirmed Seat
A confirmed seat cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from BrondLab.
You must not sell, give, or assign your confirmed seat to someone else without approval.
Any proposed seat transfer must be discussed with the BrondLab management team. Approval is not automatic and remains at the discretion of BrondLab.
5. Removal from the Program
BrondLab may remove a participant from the program for reasons such as:
- Misconduct
- Negligence
- Failure to follow program rules
- Repeated non-compliance
- Behaviour that harms the production
- Behaviour that negatively affects other participants
If a participant is removed for these reasons, no refund will be provided.
Decisions about removal from the program are made by BrondLab management.
6. Program and Production Changes
BrondLab is a production-based program. Some parts of the program may need to change because of practical or production-related reasons.
Changes may include:
- Schedule changes
- Location changes
- Production changes
- Availability of people or locations
- Other operational requirements
BrondLab may make reasonable changes when needed to run the program or production.
A program or production change does not automatically create a right to a refund. A refund will only be provided if BrondLab clearly confirms that a refund applies.
