Refund / Cancellation Policy

Application Fees

Application fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Once the payment is completed, no refund will be issued for any reason.

Program Fee

The seat confirmation amount paid after selection is non-refundable.

Once the program has officially started, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Participants are advised to confirm their availability before making payment.

Withdrawal

If a participant withdraws after seat confirmation, the paid fee remains non-refundable.

No partial refunds, fee transfers, or future credits will be provided.

Transfer of seat to another individual is not allowed unless approved by Brond Lab.

Removal

If a participant is removed from the program due to misconduct, negligence, non-compliance, or violation of program rules, no refund will be issued.

All disciplinary decisions remain final under Brond Lab management.

Program Changes

In case of major operational changes, schedule changes, or production-related adjustments, Brond Lab may decide on necessary modifications at its discretion.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by Brond Lab.
