Brond Lab is a 25-day feature film externship program.
It is not a film school or a workshop. It is a real production environment where selected participants take responsibility for creating an original feature film.
Every participant works in a defined creative role and contributes directly to a live production as it unfolds. This is where filmmaking stops being studied and starts happening.
By the end, you don’t leave with learning, you leave with a completed feature film and a credited role in it.

25-Day Production Model
A complete feature film is created within a fixed production timeline.
Limited Cohort (8 Core Seats)
A focused, high-responsibility environment designed for real collaboration.
Selection-Based Entry
Not open enrollment. Only shortlisted participants are selected.
Department-Level Responsibility
Work as Director, Cinematographer, Editor, Writer, Actor, or Technical Lead in a real production setup.
Real Production Environment
Structured like an actual film set with deadlines, coordination, and execution under real conditions.
Industry Guidance
Work closely with experienced technicians and filmmakers throughout the process.
REAL PROCESS
INTO THE MOTION
Step 1
Selection
Applications go through a screening process. Only selected participants move forward into the production.
Step 2
Role Assignment
Each participant is assigned a real creative role based on skill and evaluation.
Step 3
Pre-Production
The film begins to take shape through script development, planning, breakdowns, and coordination.
Step 4
Production (25 Days)
The film is shot in real conditions, decisions, pressure, execution, and problem-solving on set.
Step 5
Post-Production
The story is shaped in editing, sound, and final assembly.
Step 6
Completion
A finished feature film is delivered with credited roles for every participant.
